Metropolitan Energy Center (MEC) has issued a request for applications (RFA. With nearly $1.5 million from the Electric Vehicles for Underserved Markets program available to purchase and deploy electric vehicle equipment, the funds come with a 0% cost share match meaning you do not have to spend any of your own money upfront. This also encompasses installation and labor costs.  in communities impacted by pollution and climate change. MEC will award funding to applicants that best align with the goals of the EVUM project.
