KDHE Requests Input on VW Settlement by Dec 31, 2017

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment is seeking public input on VW Mitigation Trust activities in Kansas. Input from this Request for Information will be used in the development of the required mitigation trust plan. Please submit your comments via e-mail by 5:00 pm December 31, 2017 to: kdhe.ksvwsettlement@ks.gov.
