Our volunteers are critical to our ability to carry out our energy efficiency and clean transportation programs that reduce pollution in our communities. We have a variety of volunteer opportunities available, including positions for working and retired professionals, students in high school and college, families who are looking to spend quality time together, and more!
While most of our volunteer opportunities are in the KC metro, there are occasional opportunities around Wichita, other areas of Kansas or Missouri, and occasionally remote work. Below is a summary of our available volunteer opportunities:
SHOW OFF YOUR ELECTRIC VEHICLE!
When it’s deemed safe to be around people again, we’ve got to get people comfortable with going electric so more of us can choose clean-energy ways of getting around! We’re looking for owners of electric vehicles who would be willing to let potential EV owners try out the EV experience. We’ll handle the legalities so it’s a safe experience for everyone.

LET’S CONNECT OUR CROWDS!
We’re expanding our reach to make sure that all ages can understand how a clean-energy world looks. Crowdfunding is a great way to get more people involved in transforming our futures together! If you’ve ever volunteered for a political campaign, for a nonprofit crowdfund effort, or a friend’s business kickstarter, you’d be the perfect helper for our volunteer crowdfunding project.

We want to live our mission, but all this paper is in the way! In the closets, in the cabinets, in the basement. We have SOOO many boxes of files that need to be prepared for scanning. This is perfect work for putting in earbuds and zoning out for an hour or two.
