Metropolitan Energy Center (MEC) is offering $1.4 million in federal funding through the Electric Vehicles for Underserved Markets (EVUM) program. This is a rare opportunity for small businesses, nonprofits and community-based organizations in Kansas and Missouri to install electric vehicle (EV) charging stations—completely free of charge.
